• Your address and location (for visit planning)
• Details about your horse(s) including breed, age, height, and saddle information
• Records of saddle fitting appointments and assessments
• Your digital signature on visit records
• Invoice and payment records

We collect this information to provide saddle fitting services to you, including booking appointments, maintaining horse records, and issuing invoices. The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR — processing necessary for the performance of a contract.

4. How long we keep it

We retain your data for as long as you are an active client. Financial records (invoices) are kept for 7 years as required by HMRC. You may request deletion of your data at any time, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
